Prices

Prices are quoted on a per week basis and on the basis of a Saturday arrival (4pm onwards) and a Saturday departure (10am).

All utilities and bed linen are included.

Children's cot and highchair can be booked if required.

Animals and smoking are not allowed in the house.

Deposits

A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking. As soon as the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement date of your stay. Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment can be made by cheque in GB pounds.

Security deposit

A security deposit of £200 is required to be paid with your balance payment to guard against damage or breakage. The deposit is returned to you, less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage caused by any member of their party during the occupancy of the house and confirm that the full cost of repair or replacement will be met.

Cancellation

Should a cancellation by necessary, the deposit will be lost. Should a cancellation occur after the balance has been paid, the full amount will be lost.
